Our new equipment is sourced from various manufacturers and resellers. Some equipment comes from customers through our Trade-In Program. Regardless of condition, all equipment goes through inspection and repairs before delivery.

Refurbished and Ready

Our refurbishment process is based on inspection, repair and testing at each stage.

Arrival

Equipment arrives at our facilities located in Miami and Guatemala, with a 600,000-square-foot space dedicated to refurbishing and rebuilding ground support equipment.

Initial Inspection

Each refurbishment begins with a comprehensive inspection to evaluate the structural integrity and mechanical condition of the equipment.

Disassembly

Our highly trained technicians then disassemble the equipment piece by piece identifying anything that can be repaired, rebuilt, replaced or recycled.

Replace and Repair

Worn and damaged parts are replaced with OEM-approved pieces, restoring original performance specifications.

Reconditioning

Once the equipment is in working condition, our team then focuses on the cosmetic reconditioning — sandblasting, repainting and reconstructing the build.

Final Inspection

Before the asset can be redeployed, it undergoes a series of inspections to verify it is functional and safe for use.
